¶ 🛠️ Server Management Guide
Welcome to the official guide for managing your Minecraft server using the EgoPvP Hosting Control Panel.
This guide walks you through everything — from basic access and billing to plugin and mod management.
¶ 🖥️ Accessing Your Server Dashboard
Log in to your dashboard to manage:
- All active servers
- Your account balance and billing
- Open tickets and your Account balance History
Click on a server to access:
- Console
- Management Tabs
- Renew or Cancel options

¶ 🧭 Server Management Tabs
¶ ⚙️ General
The General tab shows service details and allows you to:
- Renew or cancel the server
- Enable Auto-Renew using your account balance
ℹ️ If Auto-Renew is enabled and your balance is sufficient, the server will renew automatically each month, without you having to do it.
¶ 💰 Invoices
The Invoices tab shows all bills related to your server.
You can:
- View and Paid and Unpaid invoices
- Directly Pay unpaid Invoices
- Share an invoice links to split payments
To share an invoice:
- Open the invoice
- Click Share
- Send the secure link to others. They will be able to use our normal methods to Pay the Invoice.
¶ 👥 Members
Invite Team Members to help manage and moderate your Server.
Click Invite Member, enter their email, and choose the permissions a Member should have.
You can invite up to 5 Membera per server.
¶ 💻 Console
The Console tab lets you control your server in real time.
You can:
- Start / stop / restart the server
- Monitor CPU, RAM, and storage usage
- View the live logs and run commands
¶ 🗂️ Files
Use the built-in File Manager to browse, upload, or edit server files.
Right-click any file to modify it, rename it, move it, or do other actions to it.
¶ 🧩 Plugins (Minecraft Only)
📌 This tab appears only for Minecraft servers.
Manage plugins or browse new ones automaticly via Spigot or Modrinth.
Use the On/Off button to Enable/Disable Plugins.
Use the Trash button to delete Plugins from your Server.
🧪 Install Plugins via Spigot
- Click Spigot on the top of the Page
- Search for a plugin using the Searchbar or the Categories
- Click Install on your selected Plugin.
⚠️ The newest plugin version may not always be compatible with your Minecraft version.
🧪 Install Plugins via Modrinth
- Click Modrinth on the top of the Page
- Use View to open the plugin details
- Choose a compatible version → click Install
¶ 🔧 Mods (Minecraft Only)
📌 This tab appears only for Minecraft servers.
Manage mods or install them automaticly via Modrinth.
Use the On/Off button to Enable/Disable Mods.
Use the Trash button to delete Mods from your Server.
⚠️ We do not support automatic CurseForge installation due to licensing issues.
📦 Install Mods via Modrinth
- Select Modrinth on the top of the Page
- Search for a Mod using the Searchbar or the Categories
- Click View to open the mod details
- Go to Versions, pick a version, then click Install
¶ 🗃️ Database
Each server includes 2 free MySQL databases.
Create one using Create, then click View to see the Database name, user and password.
¶ ⏱️ Schedules
Automate actions like restarts or backups using Schedules.
You can define timing using a cron expression or select one of the presets.
Click View → New Task to add actions such as:
- Running a command (e.g.,
say Hello) - Creating a backup (you can exclude paths e.g.,
/plugins/dynmap/) - Restart, Start or Stop the Server at givven times
💡 When creating a Shedule to create automatic Backups, it will automaticly override the oldest non-locked Backup.
¶ 💾 Backups
Create and manage full server backups.
Each server includes 1 backup slot. After a Backup has been completed, you can Lock or Download it.
Locking a Backup means they cant be deleted.
💡 More slots can be added during checkout or by upgrading via a support ticket.
