ℹ️ This policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for services purchased from EgoPvP Hosting.
⚠️ Requesting a Refund will Suspend your Service and Terminate it after 3 days. ALL DATA WILL BE LOST PERMANENTLY UPON TERMINATION
You are eligible to request a refund within 72 hours of your initial payment, provided the following conditions are met:
Refund Tickets are usually processed within 2-12 Hours.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
⚠️ Refunds are always issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Approved refunds will be Credited to your EgoPvP Hosting account balance, or Returned to the original payment method, if technically possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. This time may depend on your Payment Provider.
Submit a ticket through the Ticket System and Include:
Your invoice or order ID (Select the Service you want Refunded when creating the Ticket)
Reason for the refund request. (For Technical Issues, please give details)
The way you want to receive your Refund (Original Provider, Account balance)
Confirmation that you’ve backed up any data (as needed)
Please include a clear Sentence saying that you request and want a refund. (e.g., Hereby i request a Refund for my Service XY
)
Keep in mind that all Refunds are final and not reversible.

When upgrading your server:
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by German law.
Any chargebacks made outside of this process may lead to account suspension.
